Regulations and requirements for safe operation of electricians at the construction site

3. 4. When working on electrical equipment with total or partial power failure, electricians should take the following safety technical measures:

(1) power failure

A. reliably disconnect the equipment under maintenance from the power supply, that is, disconnect all aspects of power supply that may send power to the equipment under maintenance or reverse power to the equipment under maintenance

b. disconnect the power supply and pull off at least one switch with obvious disconnection point

d. workers adjacent to live equipment shall keep a safe distance from the live parts during work

(2) electricity verification

(3) install grounding wire

a. install grounding wire for all aspects that may send power to power-off equipment. The grounding wire should be installed in a place that can be seen at the working place. The distance between the grounding wire and the live part shall comply with the provisions of safety distance

b. if the maintenance part is divided into several parts that are not electrically connected (if the accuracy reaches 1%, it is enough to separate the bus sections with disconnectors or switches), each section should be electrically tested and grounded respectively

(4) hanging signs and installing temporary barriers

8. When binding various insulated conductors, it is not allowed to use bare conductors, and it is not allowed to tie conductors to metal poles or metal scaffolds

9. Sheathed cables should be used for construction lighting and electrical equipment. It is strictly forbidden to use wires with unqualified and damaged skin, such as fancy wires and plastic flexible wires

10. The power distribution lines of fixed equipment on site shall not be laid along the ground, but shall be laid underground through pipes. There shall be no joints in the pipes, and the pipe orifice shall be sealed. Cable lines shall be buried at the specified depth

11. The installation and configuration of on-site distribution box and switch box shall comply with relevant regulations to ensure that one machine and one switch are on site

12. The voltage of traveling lights and sign lights for local lighting on site shall not exceed 36V. The voltage of lighting lamps working in particularly humid places, metal containers and metal pipes shall not exceed 12V. The portable lamp should use a covered lantern, and the cable should use a rubber sleeve cable

14. The electric welding machine should be equipped with an independent switch, and the machine shell should be connected to neutral or grounding protection.
